We are a small team, and every hire from here shapes what this becomes. You work directly with the founder, you can put your name on what you make, and the role grows as the company does.
We are not modest about this. We think a handful of people in Neukölln can build infrastructure that Europe needs. Anyone who calls that crazy may well be right. We're looking for the people who want in anyway.
